Decimal Murder Mystery
A person was killed in the village of Midsomer at 7pm. There are 6 suspects; Palm numeracy set had to use their multiplying decimal skills to find out who did it.
The children had to use their multiplying decimals by 10, 100 and 1000, as well as multiplying decimals by integers to solve the crime. When they completed the calculations for each suspect, they had to use their answers to decide whether which suspect could have committed the crime.
