Mersea Residential 2021
With the uncertainty of the current climate, we are trying to establish if there will be enough interest in the residential trip to Mersea for it to go ahead.
It is provisionally booked for the week beginning 24th May 2021.

Week 3 and aren’t
they just flying by? The children are loving our Literacy book that we are
studying, ‘Holes’, we’ve delved into what Stanley thinks and feels and written
in his perspective about a surprising incident with Mr Sir and the Warden.
We’ve moved on from place value into the four operations in maths which is so
important to grasp a good understanding of in order to progress to worded
problems – well done year 6!

The sun was shining for Year 5 on Monday, when they spent the afternoon enjoying their PE lesson outdoors.
They were able to take part in various different activities, from circuit training to ball games, and were given the opportunity to learn lots of new skills. The afternoon was finished off with a relay race in which both teachers and pupils took part!
