Our allocated swim time is 2:30pm-3:00pm. We endeavour to get children back to school as closely to 3:15 as we can, but we are sure that you understand that with time for changing and travelling back to school, we can sometimes arrive back slightly later than planned.
Please ensure that children in Year 5 have appropriate swimwear (full swimming costume for girls- no bikinis, and swimming trunks for boys). Goggles are not permitted unless there is an optical reason for this and has been discussed with Miss Reynolds. Children will also need their own towel. Anti-perspirants, talcum powders and lotions are not permitted to be used. Please note that there is also not sufficient time for children to shower after their swimming session.
All children should be collected from the back of their classroom as usual after their swimming session. This is so that children can gather everything that they need from their classroom before they go home.
