Double Circulation

Creating a drama activity to show their understanding of the double circulation, the Year 6 children have been learning about the Circulatory System.

One group of children played the role of the different organs inside the body. The rest of the class then acted as the blood stream showing the double circulation to the lungs and the rest of the body.

The red cards represented the oxygenated blood and the blue cards represented the deoxygenated blood. Good job Year 6!
