Dear Parents and Carers,
Year 5 Residential - Mersea Island
We are delighted to inform you that the residential trip has been booked to the Mersea Centre for Outdoor Learning at Mersea Island for Year 5 pupils. Children will leave on Monday 19th June 2023 and return on Wednesday 21st June 2023.
During their stay at the Mersea Centre, children will be able to experience several fun and exciting activities. The opportunity to develop independence and leadership is second to none and a huge part of what we champion here at Broadford.
There will be an information meeting in the Charlton Hall (new hall) on Tuesday 11th October 2022 at 3.30pm. After this meeting we will send home information about paying for the trip. Throughout the year, as the trip approaches, we will send out more correspondence.
It is very important that you attend this meeting as we will be providing you with all of the information about the residential and payment options. We will also be able to answer any questions you may have.
We look forward to seeing you at the meeting on Tuesday 11th October.
