Our Year 6's have started their final year at Broadford and we are so proud of them for starting the year so positively. We started the week with an assembly where Mrs Nicholls highlighted the importance of positive affirmations to help us be the best versions of ourselves.
We then spent time as a class talking about the year ahead and what we can expect from our learning and school experiences.
During the afternoon's, we created some wonderful artwork representing what makes us unique - we truly have some wonderfully unique Year 6's and we can't wait to watch them grow throughout the Year.
We have taken 'Our First Day' photo's from all of the pupil's in the Year Group and these will be sent home later in the year.
A reminder to all parent's that the 'Welcome Meeting' is on Monday 8th September at 2:40pm - we look forward to seeing you there.
On Wednesday, we completed a team game in maths using our place value knowledge to find different representations of our number.
