Year 5 and 6 were very busy this morning getting to grips with the characters in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. The children thought very carefully about traits that made each character special, including what colour would best represent the individual's personality and why.
This is all in preparation for the Romeo and Juliet play that the children will be writing their own version of and staging themselves and will be performed in a few weeks time. Watch this space for tickets for what will surely be a Shakespeare spectacle!
