JTA's visit St. Ursula's Junior School

Last Thursday saw the first cluster meeting of JTA's. Nathan, Dylan, Georgina and Sophie travelled to St. Ursula's Junior using a sutainable form of travel, walking!

Broadford's JTA's jumped at the opportunity to meet with the outgoing and incoming JTA's at St. Ursula's for networking and an idea sharing session, as well as chocolate biscuits and drinks!

The retiring JTA's took us through the good work that they have completed during their term of office.

There was even an demonstration of glide bikes. A lunchtime activity that pupils all enjoy!

Dylan couldn't resist the temptation to have a glide himself.

Sophie had a chat with a fellow JTA about the big clean up, to ensure that our local streets and environment are clean enough for us to walk to school safely.

Everyone had a great morning and Dylan even won himself a prize for re-naming JTA's  (Junior Travel Ambassadors) to Junior Transport Agents!

Thank you St Ursula's for inviting us.
