Today, our Broadford netball stars took on St Ursula's in a gruelling game. With resilience on their side, Broadford battled a good game: they intercepted balls from the air, ensured their passes were accurate and, most importantly, held their heads high, never giving up. A particular shoutout goes to Tia, who proved she is a tough cookie and a force to be reckoned with, as well as Mr Bartnik, who put on a true display of sportsmanship.
On the final blow of the whistle, Broadford came away victorious with an 8-5 win! Congratulations to lovely Levan, who was then nominated by St Ursula's as their player of the match. It is no surprise given his fantastic drives down the court, effortless shooting and great show of reciprocity.
Thank you to Tia, Levan, Sienna, Oliwier, Caydon, Jessica, Martin, Yemi and Timi for your fabulous performance. You should be very proud of yourselves. Keep it up team, let's go for gold!
