Place Value Tunes

 In Maple class today, Miss Howson created a song about place value and challenged us to create something better.

Here is what we came up with:
                                                             
To the left, to the left
Thousands, hundreds tens and units
To the the right, to the right
Tenths, hundredths, thousandths
And dont forget the decimal spot!

Fawaz, Yinka, Adam, Louise

This is the place value rhyme
We use place value all the time
Units tens and hundreds is what we do
Come on you lot join in to!

 Place value, place value is the best thing that you can do
First millions then comes thousands, hundreds, tens and units too
Place value, place value is the best thing that you can do. YEAH!

seperated in the middle by a decimal place.
