Maple's Viking longships: Stage 2

This week in Design & Technology, Maple have moved onto the second phase of their Viking longships - making the mast and oars! 

Before that though, they tested their boat bases on water to see if they would float and give them an opportunity to evaluate and reflect on their own (and each other's) designs.  Some teams decided to change the materials they used for their base before moving on to adding their mast and oars.
