Today, Year 5 had a visit from West Ham! To begin with the children had a presentation on healthy eating and living, where they learnt about the importance of being healthy and how to maintain such a lifestyle. They firstly engaged in a game of guess how many sugar cubes are in the food and drink, which revealed some rather shocking statistics!
