Today, Broadford truly showed that they are absolute superstars! Determined to be successful in their match against Hilldene, our netballers attended a training session yesterday AND even dedicated some of their own lunchtime to ensure their set plays were flawless and movement on the court was silky smooth.
I am sure that parents, who were watching the game, will agree that the children's resilience paid off, as they looked flawless out on court. Their passing was accurate, their interceptions were striking and their feeds into the semi circle were impeccable.
Working as a team, Broadford managed to secure a 13-3 lead! An absolutely incredible result, causing smiles all round and a very VERY happy Miss Taylor, who is using this opportunity to gloat.
Congratulations to our wonderful squad: Ranita, Levan, Sienna, Oliwier, Tia, Martin, Yemi, Ja'Shayla and Jessie. A special well done to Oliwier Bartnik who was unanimously voted as player of the match. This is no surprise given your admirable work ethic and conscientious efforts to ensure a win today.
