Elm play human hungry hippos!
This afternoon in PE, the children in Elm class played human hungry hippos with Miss Chau refereeing in a strict way!
Elm edit their diary entries
Yesterday Elm class wrote superb diary entries as the character Billy from 'Bling' and today they have been given the chance to share and edit them with their partner. The children are demonstrating fantastic reciprocity and reflectiveness and are working hard to improve their work!

Maple Maths Set Party
Calling all parents, carers and friends of children in Miss R's Maths set!
Maple have their Maths party this Friday from 9am-9.30am. Half an hour of fun games, exercises and quizzes. Please come and join your child if you can.

Elm read to Theo
This afternoon, some children from Elm class got the chance to read to Theo, the weinreimer. The children thoroughly enjoyed his visit and he will be back the Tuesday after next to catch up with the other half of the class!

Elm prepare for Big Write
Elm complete a diamond 9 activity in preparation for today's big write. The children had to choose which arguments have the most importance in order to persuade the reader why children should wear school uniform.
