Year 5 Drama

In our English lesson today, Year 5 acted out a scene from the book, 'Street Child'. They pretended to be the main character and thought about their facial expressions and their body language. Year 5 practised how to act in front of an audience and kept their audience on the edge of their seats as they acted out a daring escape from a workhouse. The children also gave valuable feedback to the other groups resulting in fantastic pieces of drama from everyone!
