Walking Home Permission
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we prepare for the upcoming school term, we want to ensure the safety and well-being of all our students during dismissal.
If you would like to grant permission for your child to walk home independently from school, we require a signed permission form on file. Please note that students will not be permitted to walk home without a completed form submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

Important Details: - Please fill out a separate form for each child attending the school in Year 5 and Year 6. - If your child’s dismissal routine changes at any point during the school year, please contact the main office immediately to update our records.
