The 1st - 7th November is Parliament Week.
To mark Parliament Week, pupils will be exploring how the UK is run and why some of our politicians have been in the news lately. This will include discussion of the recent Free School Meals debate.
Our topic question for this week is: Would you want to be a politician right now?
- Whether you think we learn enough about how Parliament and the Government works, and what they do for the people in the UK.
- Which parts of being a politician you would find easiest or most fun.
- Which parts of being a politician you would find the hardest or least interesting.
- Your opinion on the Free School Meals debate and vote result.
- Whether you know anyone that would be a good politician.
