And we are back Year 6!

Dear Year 6,

We are full of excitement to be welcoming you back to school on Monday Year 6! It has been such a long time since we have seen you all and we have missed you so much! Make sure your child gets lots of rest before Monday so they are ready to take on the day! 

Here are a few key bits to be aware of: 

Timings:

Start of day: 8:30am - children can go straight up the stairs on the side of the new build to our classrooms.

End of day: 3:05pm - please make sure all parents are standing on their child's coloured spot to collect their child (as before). Walkers will be allowed to leave straight away from 3:05pm. 

Almond - Blue

Lime - Yellow

Please wear masks on the playground, if you are able to, and socially distance where possible to keep everyone safe.

On Wednesdays, we are continuing with Wellbeing Wednesday, so there is an earlier collection time of 12:55pm after the children have had their lunch. Walkers will be able to walk home at this time. 

If you are a working parent we are offering a place at school for that afternoon, where your child will complete wellbeing activities with support staff.

PE

Our PE day is still on a Thursday. This will be from the first week back (Thursday 11th March), so please send the children into school in their PE kits, as before.

Borrowed Devices

All devices will now need to be returned to school, so that children can use them in school. To ensure this is done in a safe, controlled manner and enable all the necessary paperwork to be completed, please bring the loaned device (and charger/case) back to the school office  on Wednesday 10th March.

Please do not send the device in with your child as the paperwork must be signed by the adult to ensure liability is transferred back to the school.
