Mersea 1st Meeting - Year 5 09/10/19

Thank you to all the parents who attended the Mersea First Meeting last night and all the parents who let us know if they couldn't attend. 

A letter regarding the payment system to Mersea was handed out. I will make sure this gets given to all children today in case you were unable to make it to the meeting. 

We will need to receive the slip back as soon as possible to gage how many children will be attending Mersea. The slip needs to be in by Monday the 14th at the latest.

For future reference, or if the letter is lost, here is the payment schedule:

The total cost of the residential trip is £150 which includes all catering, activities; travel to and from the centre and accommodation costs.  

Initially, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £50 by 25th November 2019 to confirm your place. 

Then, to pay the remainder of the outstanding balance:

£20 by December 13th 2019 £20 by January 24th 2020 £20 by February 14th 2020 £20 by March 13th 2020 £20 by April 10th 2020

If you would like to pay all in one go, you can make a payment of £150 by November the 25th.  Please discuss any personal finance plans with our bursar, Mrs Marsh.
