Year 6 have been studying Historical Leaders in their History lessons. One of the main leaders they have been studying is Queen Victoria - quite rightly so! The children experienced a Victorian classroom in the morning and then in the afternoon they were able to play with Victorian artifacts, make their own Victorian games and make their own ink pens. The children recognised lots of Victorian things that we have versions of today!
James had lots of knowledge about Victorian money and could work out change including the different between shillings and pennies!
Lottie and Rashid were named head boy and head girl for the day as their handwriting was so excellent!
