As your child enters Year 5 or 6 they, with permission, are allowed to walk home from school alone.
Please enter your child's details to indicate that you give permission for them to walk home alone on this Google Form
If there are certain days that you will be picking them up please indicate this in the 'other' section.
If you will be picking your child up from school everyday then there is no need to enter your details.
We will be keeping this form open until the end of the summer holidays.
