Homemade Rivers in Year 5

Year 5 Homemade Rivers 

Today, in Year 5, we continued with our topic of 'Rivers' in Geography and made our own! We used foil trays and tin foil to create the river and base before collecting natural objects from the field to create our environment. We also discussed the various parts of the river and attempted to label them.

After making the rivers, we added water and discussed if the rivers had worked the way that we had planned for them to.
