Immersing Ourselves in Monologues in Year 5
This week, we began looking at our new text type - monologues. On Tuesday,we read through one called ‘Spaghetti Bolognese’ and thought carefully about how we would use our expression to show the character’s emotions.
Some of us were extremely resilient and performed our dramatic monologues to the class. Following the performances we reflected on them and fedback our thoughts to the performers.
