Year 5 NSPCC

 Year 5 were lucky enough to have the NSPCC come in and complete a workshop with them. 

To begin with we looked at Childline and how to contact it if we feel we need to. 

We also learned a really fun way of remembering the number. Ask your child to show you. 

We then looked at different scenarios and whether they were ok or not. Then how we could get some help in these situations. 

After this we looked at ways in which we could help friends if they needed advice or when speaking to an adult might be more appropriate. 

Overall, we really enjoyed finding out all of the information and felt reassured that we know what to do if we are not feeling safe and who to ask to help us. 

We were all given a pack to take home to remind us and discuss with our adults if we wish.
