Year 6 Final Two Weeks

 Dear Parents/Carers,

Starting from next week, in order to aid with transition, the children will be following a 'secondary school-style' timetable. 

The children will move from class to class (Year 6 classrooms only) for different subjects. 

They will move as a whole class to each room (e.g. Birch class will go to Redwood classroom).

It will teach the children some key skills in organisation and aid their transition to secondary school where moving classroom for each subject is the norm.

Thursday 4th July - School Closed for General Election

Friday 5th July - Year 5/6 Sports Afternoon

Tuesday 9th July - Leavers Event after school, parents welcome for assembly at 5.15 for a 5.30 start

Thursday 11th July - Go Bonkers

Friday 12th July - Year 6 Disco (organised by parents)

Wednesday 17th July - Slip & Slide - children to come in wearing clothes that can be wet and then uniform to change in. 

Tuesday 23rd July - Broadford's Got Talent

Last Day (shirt signing), Leavers Walk at 2.30
