The children have continued to work hard this week. We have covered properties of shapes including circles in maths throughout this week which can sometimes be tricky but the children have shown fabulous knowledge. They have also been writing a non-chronological report on a hybrid animal in literacy - there are some crazy sounding creatures!

Here are this week’s certificate winners:

E for Excellence
Tyler - for his determination and confidence to master fractions this week. He has been great at explaining his method to others on our live lessons and supportive of his friends when they have done well by giving them a big ‘whoop!’ Well done Tyler.	Charlie – for simply being you. You are a perfect role model and always try your best in everything that you do.
Star Writer
Kiera - for her in depth and vocabulary rich non - chronological report about her own hybrid animal.	Bonnie – for your lovely writing, you always strive to make it exciting for the reader.

Sabeer - for earning his pen license!	Kyla – for your beautifully presented online learning, particularly your geography this week.

Leo - for working super hard this week. We were very impressed with your computing work!	Paris – for working incredibly hard in our extra maths sessions - well done!

Maisy - for using the resources around her to support her with her maths afternoon group.	Summer – for your excellent circle knowledge in maths this week, well done for working so hard.

James - for showing great resilience in our afternoon maths session - especially when he was out of his comfort zone!	Tommy – for trying hard to access the online learning, especially the live lessons, it is great to see you.
Reflectiveness
Bayleigh - for being reflective during her maths lesson when she had made a mistake. She was able to explain what she had done wrong and how to improve.	Ollie – for making a conscious change in your behaviour towards your online learning. You have done so well getting involved in the extra maths sessions, well done!
