On Monday, Year 5 went to Hornchurch Country Park to learn a range of information about WW2 . The whole of Year 5 had an amazing trip, where they saw many interesting things linked to WW2 such as:
- Pillboxes
- The Airfield
- The Battle HQ
- The Airfield Dispersal Bay
- Tett Turrets
When we returned, Year 5 talked about how much they enjoyed the trip and the many new facts they had learned!
