Year 5 Community Champions
Last week, Year 5 had taken part in 'The Big Help Out' in honor of King Charles III coronation. Year 5 had chosen to do litter picking, this was to help the surrounding areas and wider school community. This task required us to use three of the 4 R's, these were; resourcefulness because we used what we had available to clean up the area to our best ability; resilience by working together in groups and collecting other peoples litter; lastly we used reciprocity, we worked in groups and tackled select areas allowing us to clean much more of our local area.
