Dear Parents
As part of our membership with The Havering Sports Collective, Broadford have the opportunity to take part in many sporting events and active projects alongside other Havering Schools. Due to the nature of sporting events and competitions, it is usually the case that only a handful of children can physically go to these events. Taking this on board and wanting the best outcomes for all our learners, we will be taking part in a number of Havering Sports Collective ‘Virtual Weeks’ where all children will have the opportunity to experience the sporting events and skills necessary to take part.
Cross Country Virtual week begins on the 9th October 2023 where the children can complete the activities assigned for Cross Country week using the resources attached. We encourage the children to complete these activities in school so please do use this opportunity to discuss with your child and how they have been inspired by Cross Country Virtual Week.
