Microbe Madness

Our year 5 and 6 children have been busy in science lessons this week. They have been finding out about three different types of microbes- bacteria, fungi and viruses. They were challenged to design their own microbe using play dough based on what they had found out about existing ones. They had to try to explain what type of microbe they had made and whether or not it was harmful to humans.
