Parliament Week
This week was UK Parliament and Broadford celebrated by creating their own election. The School Council created three political parties: Aqua Party, Petal Party and Panda Party. They wrote manifestos regarding what they would like to do to improve our school.
They read their manifestos to Key Stage 2 in assembly before going round to the Key Stage 1 classrooms. They made posters and banners and did all they could to encourage the pupils to vote for them.
Today, everyone voted for their favourite party based on their manifestos.
The winners of Broadford's UK Parliament Week was the Panda Party!
Congratulations to the Panda Party but a huge well done to the whole School Council who have worked so hard over the past few weeks!
