Year 5 Forest Schools

 Year 5 Forest Schools 

Year 5 (Willow and Redwood classes) will be having their Forest School lessons on Wednesdays during the Autumn term. 

We kindly ask that you send your children to school in their PE kits and trainers for these sessions (long trousers and not shorts please).  The children will also require a waterproof coat (unless the weather remains dry and sunny).  If possible, please send your child in with a pair of welly boots, walking boots, old trainers, etc which can remain in school.  These should be sent in a carrier bag, clearly marked with your child's name.  These bags will be hung on the pegs outside each classroom.  The children will change into these outdoor shoes before going outside when the weather is wet and the field very muddy.  They can be used at break and lunchtime too, as well as Forest School sessions.
