Dear Parents/ Carers,
On Friday 6th October 2023, Year 5 will be visiting the Romford Market. During the first half term, we are completing a local area study in History and much of this focuses on Romford, especially the market. We will also be visiting a bank in Romford as part of Broadford's enriching expeeriences for Year 5.
We will be leaving school at 9am so please make sure your child is at school at 8.45am. We should arrive back at school by lunch time however, if there are any changes, we will update parents/ carers on the school Facebook page and via Squid.
Children should be coming into school in their school uniform but ensuring that they are wearing appropriate and comfortable shoes as we will be doing a lot of walking. If you require a school packed lunch for your child, please complete the form by Monday 25th September.
