Around the World in a Term Graduate

The last 10 weeks in Around the World have been absolutely fantastic. All the adults have had such fun travelling through all the countries with the children.

On Wednesday, the pupils graduated and shared their new learning with parents/carers. During the session they showed photos of themselves enjoying all the new activities.

These activities included:

  • aboriginal art
  • making Chinese dragons
  • decorating Alaskan totem poles
  • building the Great Pyramids of Giza (Egypt)
  • creating masks for the Carnival of Brazil
  • researching wildlife found in Africa
  • learning the national anthem of the U.S. A
  • making and taste testing Italian wrap pizzas
  • having afternoon tea in a traditional British way

It was such a joy to see the children immerse themselves in all the different activities and discuss with them what they had learned from each one.

Well done everybody. Don't forget to continue your travels in whichever way you can.
