Building Bridges in Year 5
This term we have started our new topic: World War 2.
This will be a cross curricular topic and the children will learn about it through History, English and DT.
In DT (Design and Technology), Year 5 will be making models of Anderson Shelters. This week we have been looking at bridges and how we can make them stronger as part of our research into materials.
It was a really fun way to get back into learning after the Christmas holidays.
