Yesterday, year 6 acted in the role of Zoe and an anonymous advice giver after a mysterious message in a bottle arrived upon the mainland, just West of Norwich.
Zoe's letter was one of utter despair as she delares her concerns of how she is ever going to escape Eels Island and those wretched members of the Eels gang.
Year 6 were deep in discussion as they shared what insights of advice that they would offer to poor Zoe. After wonderful discussions and pondering of possible plot twists, we have begun to write a detailed letter of response.
"Perhaps Zoe should utilise William's expertise and try to build a really big boat to save everyone on the island. I wonder how she would feel abandoning another group of people." Katlyn, Oak
"Imagine that William knew Zoe's parents from before all of the flooding and that's why he's trying to help Zoe - there seems to be a bond between them. I bet William recognises something in Zoe that is similar to that of her parents" - Lily, Lime
