Children in Year 6 have been discussing and classifying personality traits of Dooby, a character in Floodland by Marcus Sedgwick.
We classified Dooby's actions into: resourcefulness, resilience, strong/powerful, and intelligent. This is all leading up to Year 6 writing a persuasive speech in the shoes of Dooby when he is trying to control Eel's Island.
