Dear Parents and carers,
We know that some of you have requested some extra work for the children to complete over the Easter holidays, especially as their end of Key Stage 2 assessments are fast approaching.
Please can you indicate on this form if you would like your child to go home with some work to do over the holiday period and we will make sure that this is ready for them to take on Friday.
