Solving Word Problems

This morning Year 6 have been solving addition and subtraction multi-step word problems. Using a Learning Grid, children rolled their dice to determine which square they would land on. The children had to complete a variety of tasks. Assessing their partners work, reflecting on the different ways of solving a problem, creating their own number sentences and multi-step word problems.
